The Laurel School of Music offers private voice lessons for teens and adults. Lessons are one-half hour
each week and are custom-tailored to the individual student's musical interests.
The Voice Program at the Laurel School of Music is taught by a professional opera singer, Dr. Rebecca Ocampo, who actively performs at the highest level and in the most prestigious venues in the Washington/Baltimore area. Her professionalism and her skill in voice instruction is marvelously adapted to the individual, whether the student is a young child or adult. Dr. Ocampo firmly belives in exercizing the technical skills needed by the student to perform with confidence, skill and musicianship. Yet, her style of teaching is skillfully friendly and accomodating.
Instruction can be specialized toward a particular goal such as vocal audition, performance preparation (musicals, solos), or long-term vocal skill growth.
