Guitar lessons are available for children, teens, and adults. Private lessons
consist of half-hour weekly lessons, and run year-round. Lessons are specifically
designed to meet the student's level of experience, guitar style, and music preferences.
Instruction features styles of playing including jazz, classical, pop, and rock.
Instruction is given in acoustic, electric, and bass guitar. Daytime, afternoon
and evening lessons are available.
Our guitar studio is large and comfortable and can accomodate 2-3 students.
There is an amplifier in the studio for student use (no carrying your amp to lessons).
The Laurel School of Music also has a Rock/Pop band program where a number of
students are instructed in a Band setting to play and Perform as a Rock/Pop Band,
Guitarist, bassists, keyboardist, vocalists, drummers as well as other instrumentalists
are all key players in the Group.
